Night Watch

Wisdom and Vigilence

This piece was commissioned by the late CEO of Kalispell Regional Medical Center, Velinda Stevens, as a tribute to her medical staff.

It was carved from a block of Leylak marble from Turkey and mounted on a rotating black walnut base with black gloss finish.

My choice of subject matter was intended to portray the wisdom and vigilence that physicians provide in service to their community both day and night.

It was completed and installed at KRMC in January of 2016 where it remains on display in the Physician’s Lounge.
